Activación y cinética comparativa de dos especies de plasminógenos: humano y Bovino.

Resumen


El Plasminógeno (Plg) es el zimogeno de la Plasmina (Pli), proteina activada del sistema fibrinolítico, su activación fué realizada al humano y el bovino por la urokinasa, identificando las cadenas pesada y liviana de la Pli por electrofóresis SDS-PAGE. Se comparo la cinética de las dos Plis, utilizando el sustrato sintético Spectozyme, bajo parámetros determinados como: Temperatura, pH con la concentración de la enzima constante.
