PROGRAMAS DE REINCORPORACIÓN LABORAL Y EFECTOS EN EL DESEMPEÑO OCUPACIONAL

Resumen


Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo el poder determinar los efectos generados en el desempeño ocupacional de los trabajadores, posterior a la participación en un programa de reincorporación laboral. Metodología: revisión de literatura que utiliza los tesauros: “Reincorporación laboral”, “Trabajadores”, “Efectos”, “Desempeño ocupacional”, “Impacto psicosocial”, “Relaciones familiares” y “Ocio”, uso de boléanos AND y OR, búsqueda de la evidencia en las bases de datos: ProQuest, Ebsco, PubMed, y Scopus, en el periodo 2006 - 2016. Arrojando resultados dentro de los hallazgos se muestran una selección de treinta (30) artículos, encontrados principalmente en la base de datos de ProQuest. El área ocupacional que reporta mayor evidencia de efectos positivos y negativos, en los procesos de reincorporación laboral es el trabajo, estos resultados son referidos por profesionales de diferentes disciplinas, concluyendo así que la reincorporación laboral es un proceso que beneficia a las organizaciones que la implementan, así como a los trabajadores que participan en ella, puesto que sus efectos repercuten en cada una de las dimensiones que componen a la persona y por lo tanto su desempeño ocupacional.
