EL LIDERAZGO ELECTRÓNICO Y SUS NUEVAS PERSPECTIVAS DE ESTUDIO

Resumen


A partir de una búsqueda bibliográfica no sistemática alrededor del término liderazgo electrónico, se identificaron los principales aspectos que rodearon su conceptualización y la evolución de su estudio. Se pretende, por una parte, resaltar elementos comunes y convergentes alrededor del concepto, y por otra, identificar la evolución que han tenido los métodos como se ha estudiado. Es una intensión del documento promover el estudio del liderazgo electrónico desde nuevas perspectivas que consideren la complejidad del fenómeno y del entorno donde se desarrolla, específicamente, el modelamiento y simulación como método será de particular interés, por lo que se resalta su creciente uso y utilidad en el campo de las ciencias sociales, incluyendo su aplicación alrededor de procesos organizacionales complejos como el liderazgo.
