Amy Schumer has posted a candid snap detailing the realities of post-pregnancy life.

The comedienne, 37, is celebrating her very first Mother's Day as a mom, just a week after welcoming son Gene Attell Fischer with husband porn sex, pornzola.com, Chris Fischer.  

But Amy was keen on showing off the highs and lows of life as a brand new mom, as she marked the special occasion via Instagram on Sunday.

Amy and her husband Chris welcomed their first child together, a son named Gene, on May 5. 

The Trainwreck star announced the birth on Instagram, posting a snap of herself holding the newborn as her husband gave her a kiss.  

'10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born,' she wrote.
