Daniel is a licensed Florida Realty Attorney, is a certified Florida Real Estate broker, and has performed over 2,500 property building examinations. Daniel has also examined well in excess of 2.4 million square feet of new commercial building from structure to last structure department approvals. At one point in his career Daniel was licensed in 12 different building ordinance categories, was a city building inspector and also a special inspector. Daniel has also developed and also monitored multiple domestic construction tasks from beginning to structure division authorization. |
