The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Southern California Chapter is a proud supporter of the American Immigration Council’s (AIC) annual “Celebrate America” artistic writing contest for fifth grade students throughout the United States. The Chapter sponsors the native contest, which attracts participation from a whole lot of fifth grade college students from each non-public and public colleges across Southern California.
